Casement Windows Locks

Question

Only has patent #4,674,777.  The handle is broken on the lock that is being held.  We would like to replace with all-metal handles.  These are currently metal/plastic.

I don't believe this exact lock is made anymore, unfortunately. The best option we have in our catalog is the 38-036, but I cannot guarantee that this will work. Look it over and let me know what you think.
