Your operator appears to have a centered spline where the handle attaches. With that in mind, please review our 39-107FK , which fits an 11/32" spline. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Can this be flip to install either way left or right crank

Yes, the 39-107FK can be used with right or left handed crank operators, as long as the spline is centered. Thank you!
