I am looking mainly for the black shoe at the end put I am guessing I will need to order the hole arm.Can you direct me to the correct one

Good news! In this case, you may be able to purchase the slider piece separately. That slider piece looks like the square-shaped 39-529, which is used with the 39-253LB and 39-253RB operators. Look it over and see what you think.
