Casement assembly broken

Hello! I'm not sure what broke, either. You mention that a pin is torn out, but not where the pin was or what it did. Assuming that you only need the operator, then my recommendation is the 39-097. Look over our specs for this part and see what you think.

If that's not what you need, then I'll need a more thorough explanation of exactly what broke.
