Handle is not always turning and we have to push the window shut so we can lock it. I would appreciate it if you could identify the correct replacement part. Thank you!

Hello,
If it's just the handle that's stripped, you could use our 39-116" handle but if you need the crank itself, see our 39-188 Dyad operator. Thank you!
