Casement crank

A landlord from Palos Verdes says:
This is from a window approximately 50 years old, metal frame casement.
The crank mechanism isn't working.

Hello,

Your operator looks a lot like the 39-001 but you'll need to confirm that yours has the same 9" arm and the roller at the end of the metal arm is the same. Thank you!

Here's a measurement. It looks like 8 inches but maybe we didnt capture the whole arm ?

That's entirely possible. I also still can't see the style of wheel at the end of the arm. You're going to want to remove the operator from the window before you compare it to our 39-001 to confirm that everything lines up.
