There is a chance our 39-253LB could work to replace your Ashland operator but I cannot make any guarantees given the vast difference in the design. You'll also need either the 39-375 or the 39-451 handle and cover kit as well as the 39-545 Truth Snap-Stud Bracket. I've tagged the opposite sit handed versions of each of these parts below.

You'll also need to purchase the 39-528 14-1/2" Casement Track and the 39-529 Truth Hardware Track Slider.
