Thanks for your post! The window operator you have appears to be an older, discontinued version of the 39-092 ROTO Casement Operator. To determine if this is the right replacement, carefully compare the dimensions.

You will need to reuse the link arm connecting the operator to the window sash, if possible. Unfortunately, this isn't something we have a replacement for.
