Casement crank base

The hexagonal crank base broke off into the base. Can't figure out how to remove the base cover or open the window which glass is broken

I figured out how to get the frame off... But the crank hex head part is still broken off in the base.

Thanks for getting back to us. I believe you'll need an all new operator. See our 39-352 along with our 39-205 handle. I believe this hardware will work for you.
