Casement crank handle.

Question

We need a few handles. Number 8160 appears on the inside and the inner splined area at its biggest measures 5/16" and 1/4" between opposite splines. In 2013, another customer asked about the same item, I discovered, when I searched "8160".
Can't seem to find a brand name anywhere.
