Casement crank handle needing to be identified/replaced

Question

visiting my parents house, noticed crank handles are stripped out!
Handle has number underneath 60-C-7041-62 5

Are these possibly Andersen crank-outs?
The bar on the window where the arms slide are corroded and need lubrication.
I think that's why the crank handles are stripped.

Dad's remedy was a small pair of vice grips !

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see photos of the operator assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. If the operator is stripped, you should still be able to gently push the window open as long as it is unlocked. Thank you!
