Casement crank operator

I believe this is an older Milgard casement crank operator. I just need a replacement for it.
thank you,

Hi Jason,

Thanks for your post! This casement window operator reminds me of the 39-092 ROTO Casement Operator. This is a newer version of your box style operator. We do not sell the link arm used to connect it to the window, so you'll need to reuse that for the repair.

The compatible hardware an accessories can be found tagged below this thread.

Hey Jasmine,
I appreciate your help! I will get it figured out with the customer and probably get these parts ordered.
Is reusing the old hardware easy to swap over to your new casement operator?
Thank you,

Hi Jason,

My pleasure to assist! Swapping out the arm should be fairly easy. You'll need to use the detach clip to detach the arm from the operator. Once you replace the operator, you'll reattach the arm and then secure it with the clip.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
