Casement crank replacement "Truth"

Hi, I need a new operator crank as this crank will not open without pushing it about 6" and same with closing. The gears are either out of whack or broken. I looked at the cranks and didn't see an.exact match so I'll let the experts take.care of it. Let me know. Many thanks, Rebecca
