Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need to see photos of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. You should be able to carefully push the window open by hand if the window is unlocked. That will help us narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

Can I send a photo of the other window open? I'm worried about opening the window with the crank issue because I might not be able to get it closed again. It's on the second floor

Sure, we can use photos from another window as long as they use the same hardware.

Sorry it took so long, I thought I had already sent this in. Here is a close-up and farther away picture of the window crank.

No problem! Your photos resemble the 39-172. Review the specifications below to confirm it's a match. We also offer the 39-171 opposite-handed version if needed.

Dimensions for 39-172
Dimensions for 39-172

Both assemblies are used with the 39-205 folding handle. As for the covers, they are fixed to the operators themselves and are not available separately. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
