Hi there!

The operator you show here looks like a match for our 39-253LB which uses the 39-529 track slider (sold separately). For a new cover and handle, see our 39-451. As for the hinge, see if the dimensions of our 36-048 match what you need. Note, you'll want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
