I'm not exactly sure about the lock, but see our 38-165 and 38-166 to start out. I can't be sure they will replace yours, or if your old part is even still available, but these may be worth considering. For the operator, see our 39-044 and 39-045. These may be newer replacements for the older Getty part you show.
