Casement handle

We'd be happy to help but I can't quite tell which part the broken piece shown in your photo came from. If it's from the handle itself, I would recommend taking a look at the 39-114L handle, which attaches an 11/32" operator spline. 

If it's part of the base, we would need you to open the window and show us the arms that move the sash to determine the correct replacement for the entire assembly. Thank you!
