Hi?we are at my sons home. They have 39 1/2 by 20 inch casements on both sides of sink. Both are having trouble with the opener handles. The plastic part inside does not screw on to post and the handle does not fit on the plastic properly; otherwise, the window functions ok?just have to take screen off and push it out instead of using handle.
What is the correct replacement part?
