Unfortunately, the plastic guide that connects the hinge arm to the base is not available separately. We do offer replacement hinges such as the 36-048 setbut you will need to confirm that the base of your hinge matches the 10" measurement below. If not, let us know the exact size of your base and we'll be happy to confirm if there would be a better match. Keep in mind that the 36-048 comes with two hinges for the top and bottom of the sash, which need to be replaced at the same time. Thank you!

That looks like the peg that attaches the hinge arm to the base guide, which matches the design of the 36-048.
