Hello,

It looks like you have an old discontinued Roto hinge that they stopped making a few years ago. We have recommended the 36-004-10 hinge set to replace it often. Keep in mind that the top and bottom hinges would need to be replaced. Take a look and see what you think. Thank you!

Hi I'm a handyman in San Diego and I'm currently tasked with fixing windows that have these discontinued hinges on them. If I replace the discontinue to hinges with your recommended 36.044 10, Will it work with the roto crank base or do I need to get a new crank as well?

It sounds like you are referring to the operator, which works independently from the hinges, so replacing them with the 36-004-10 shouldn't interfere with the functionality of the operator. If you decide to give it a try and run into any problems, our return policy can be found here.
