Casement hinge replacement

A contractor from Smithfield, RI says:
Cannot identify "truth" bar hinges.
The operator is #39-188, vinyl casement window with multi- point locking system.
I need to replace the hinge assy. on sill and head of sash.
Cannot find any tags on window frame or sash, its a run of 5 casements and need to order replacement parts for most of the opening and locking systems.
Any insight would be helpful.
Thanks, Eric

Hello,

I would recommend comparing the style and dimensions of your hinges to our four-bar replacement options here

As for the lock, the only obviously damaged part appears to be the tie bar guide. If so, see the 39-417 and related video. Thanks for posting!
