Casement hinge and frame

Question

The above are photos of my undamaged casement window mechanism. The hinge and attachment mechanism were damaged on the same type of window next to it when it was left partially open during high winds. I believe it's only the lower mechanism but want to replace both the upper and lower. I didn't take photos of the damaged window as I'm concerned with opening it until I'm ready with the parts to repair it. Thank you in advance for any advice you can provide.
