Anderson windowalls, bayport minn "14" L, are the markings on the top.

7191 2 is the marking on the bottom.

I need complete left and right operators with handles and covers

Hello,

Your operator resembles the 39-150 or 39-094 depending on the length of the arm that moves the sash. See the opposite-handed versions related on this page. Both sets of operators are used with the 39-286 handle. Thanks for posting!
