Casement lock fork with flat ridge

A quick learner from South Carolina says:
I ordered what I thought would work but I was wrong, this is what I need.

My original order was part #38-209. I couldn't get it to snap into place.

Yours has serpentine ridges to the inside of the forks the one I took off another window has a small shelf running the inside of the fork from one side of the fork.

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that then 38-209 won't work as a replacement for your lock. You can view our return policy here if you'd like to send it back. The only other locks that we carry that are similar to yours would be the 38-205 and 38-208. Take a look and see if one of these options could work for you. Thanks for posting!
