Casement lock and handle plate

A quick learner from AZ says:
Hi,
The casement lock for my window was completely loose (moving up and down with no resistance), but the window was locked. After removing, the casement lock and handle "plate" is damaged, so I am looking for replacement parts. Note that the plastic handle "plate" is not really a plate and has a depth of 3/16" behind the flat plate. Do you have replacement parts?

This lock is similar in design to our 38-095, but I can't quite tell what the fork projection is based on your photo. You can see this measurement below as 1-5/8". Note that this measurement isn't just the length of the fork up to the bottom of the housing, but it's the length of the fork up to the bottom lip.
