Casement locking bar guide

The part shown is a twin of the broken part to be replaced. It is is installed on the sash of a US Window Factory casement w/ grid [34" x 36"]. The window is old (2003)but still operates well. It is able to crank out and in but cannot lock anymore.If you have a replacement part this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
