We may be able to assist with a replacement option, but to further review, are you able to provide pictures of the lock housing/body that this lever is from? From there we can get a clearer idea if we can assist with a suitable replacement. Thank you! 

Unfortunately we are not able to cross reference the patent number. At first sight, the lever looks similar to the one used in the 38-090 locking handle, but we cannot confirm without seeing the body of the lock. Take a look below to see what you think!
