Our customer has several windows with this hardware and needs replacements. They want the same style cranks

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm fairly certain that our 39-205 handle will replace the original. You should just check to ensure that the hole diameter is the same at 11/32". The bad news is that this handle isn't made in metallic finishes anymore. Getting the same chrome color option won't be possible.

As for the operators, we may sell these. In order to determine if we do, I would require a clear photo of the mechanisms removed from the window. Too much is obscured currently to pick a match.
