I need both sides replaced but I am not able to identify the brand of window.

If you're looking to replace the window hinge, see if our 36-048 matches up. If you need a new operator, please show us a clearer picture of the assembly, including the link arm, and we'll see what we have.

I would need the complete operator assembly. This is the best pic I can get.

I'm afraid I have no way of narrowing down the operator from this picture. It might be something like our 39-187 or 39-188, but that's contingent on the exact shape and size of the split-arm, which I can't really tell from this photo. Take a look and see what you think.
