Casement operating arm(s)

A home owner from Londonderry, NH says:

Received my replacement parts. The 39-188 is the correct part, it is just too big. The original part shown is about 1/2" shorter. Do you have that part and can I return the others ?

Unfortunately we don't have this operator with a different-sized link arm. You have two options. The first would be to try and install the operator as is and see if still works. The second option would be to re-position the stud bracket along the sill to make up for the different length. Let me know if either tact works for you.
