Hello! I'm not familiar with this exact cover, but it's similar in design to our 39-107, which is designed to work on Truth brand operators. Look it over and see if this might work on your window.

Tried that one and it was too small needed an extra 1/4 inch wider. It is 5 inch inside and I need 5 1/4

I'm not sure if we have that size. Would it be possible to see a photo of the operator itself? Maybe if I know what kind of operator you're using, I can also tell you what cover is the best fit.

Ah, that would explain it. I do recognize this operator but we unfortunately don't sell any compatible parts. It's a very old model that, to my knowledge, hasn't been made in a long time. Our Truth brand covers and such simply won't work. Believe me, I've tried very hard over the years, but no luck.
