Casement operator

A handy person from Illinois/Michigan says:
Hi!

We have a window crank where the gears stripped out. This is located at our cottage and I took the pictures a while back. I didn't see any brand markings but I can double check when I'm at the cottage next. The window is on an addition so I don't know exactly how old they are (guessing 40's or 50's ??). Any info or guidance is much appreciated.

Thanks!

We don't sell an operator that matches this design, unfortunately. It's just too old for us to get a hold of.

That said, the design isn't too dissimilar from our 39-020 and 39-021. You may be able to adapt these to work on your window, though there's no telling how they'll fit on the sill. You may need to make serious alterations to get them to mount properly. You would also need a new 39-520 track.

I cannot guarantee that these parts will work for you but they are our best option. Look them over and see what you think.
