Casement operator

Question

When we purchased out home one of the great features was the windows. All are Casement. Two of the window operators broke within a month of each other. I am not sure how to measure up the replacements. I have a number listing on the part that is the gear and it reads 3070. I would need a left and a right sides operators. The cover that was on the operator is older with the K K insignia on it. Also I have a window that the seal is broken. If you could please instruct on how to select the right operator please do

First off, I made a list with many of the parts you need on the right. Make sure the operator matches yours in size, and see which parts you need to replace. As for the weatherseal, we need to see the cross section of the seal. Cut a piece off and show us this angle:
