Casement operator

Question

I have a 2019 7700 series casement window I can't find the left casement operator. It's a single arm 9in in length and has a joint at 4 and a half inches. Thanks

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see your operator assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
