Casement operator

Question

Hi there, need to replace the casement operator I think. Won't open/close the window or will open it but not close. The cover says Crestline so I'm assuming that's what the windows are. The parts say Entry Gard Truth. I think I found the part on your site but just want to make sure I'm correct. 39-031 is what I'm thinking. Thanks for your help!
