Please start by reviewing the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. Compare to your original to confirm a good fit! Please note that the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time. 

For the operator, review the 39-220B and 39-221B along with the 39-54 and 39-546 brackets. Compare the overall dimensions and orientation to confirm.
