Need replacement operator for 1979 vintage Caradco casement window. Window pivots on left side. Window is 18,wide. I know Caradco was bought out by Jel Win in mid 1990s and since gone out of business. Can you,help find a replacement

This appears to be the correct replacement. It appears to be in white as is needed. How should I order the part as showm below?
