Casement operator

Not sure of the brand window, identifiers are shown in pics. Window opens fine but won't fully close, operator seems to slip.

If the window will open but not close, then odds are the operator gears have stripped out. We can supply you with a new one, but I will need you to remove the operator from the window and show me a clear photo of the entire assembly without obstruction. That will allow us to find a good match.
