9.5" arm. Down offset.
3.0" x 1.5" (center) holes

Please take a look at our 39-413 operator, which has a similar off set arm. See if this matches up to your part.

39-413 operator doesn't have the down offset. Is there a different part with the down offset? Or, the arm on the one I have is not damaged, can it be used on the new operator?

I'm afraid I haven't been able to find anything similar, but with a different offset. Is there room on the sash for you to adjust the track?
