Casement operator: Anderson CW35-CW6, C-9400-01

Hi there, see attached pictures. I don't see markings on the operator except for the CW35-CW5 on one of the arms. The body has the number C-9400-01 on it.

It appears that the broken part is the plate that screws into the window frame.

Do I need the adapter plate?

As per the 39-264 description, you only need the adapter plate if your window was manufactured from 1995 to 1998. The date of manufacture should be stamped in the lower corners of the glass.

I got the operator and the adapter plate because I was pretty sure that the window was installed before 1998. I was right! Installation took maybe 10 minutes. I even used the new screws. The window works easily now. Hooray! Thanks for the help.
