Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-107 cover and 39-11L handle for 11/32" diameter operator splines. Both parts are available in white. Review the specifications below to confirm they match up to yours. Thanks for posting.

I'm not sure if we have an exact match for the lock shown in your photo but it reminds me of one of our Escutcheon-style handles, such as the 38-205, 38-208, or 38-209. Take a look and compare the specifications of our parts to an intact lock assembly to determine if one of these might be what you need.
