Does the casement window crank cover easily pull off? What tool do you use to remove the cover? I tried pulling it off with my hand and it did not release!

Hello,
The 39-375 folding handle with cover that you were looking at would snap on and off without the need of any special tools. If yours is not coming off, you may have a type of operator with a fixed cover that is not designed to be removed. To confirm, we would need to see your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Thank you!
