Casement operator identification

Question

Hi - I have vinyl clad casement windows and one has a broken operator and missing connector under the corner of the window. This for a window with a left hand side lick.

There are 2 numbers inside the operator housing: 30615 & 30884

I found something that looks like mine on your website but not sure it it's the same and what other part I'll need. Mine no longer has the part on the end of the arm that seems to slip over a connector that is screwed into the bottom of the window. Also, that connector is missing from my window. I included a picture of the one on the other window in the pair so you can see what I'm referring to.

Any chance you have the parts I need?

Thanks for your patience as we looked into this, Jim. The closest match we could find to your operator is our 39-089. This looks identical at first glance, but the gear arm doesn't have the same offset as yours. Do you think you could still get it to work? It attaches to the sash using a bracket like our 39-513.
