Casement operator replacement

Hi,

I'm looking for a replacement for the attached pictures.
The stamped number on the main part appears to be 45179.
Near as I can tell, the shorter arm has 20810A on it, though I'm not sure I'm reading it correctly.

Hey, Tom. This reminds me of our 39-031 and 39-032. However, I would carefully compare your dimensions to ours to confirm that these are correct.
