Hello, It looks like the 39-031 and 39-032 operators are the best options we have. Unfortunately, I can't guarantee that they will work for you given a few notable differences, including the position of the handle and the offset in the long arm of your operator. If you decide to give them a try, the brackets they use would be our 39-509 and 39-510. You can view the rest of the related hardware for these operators on our product pages.
