Thanks for writing in! Your casement window operators look very similar to our 39-187 and its opposite handed version, part 39-188. Carefully review the dimensions below and compare them to your existing operators to determine if these are the right fit. They are available in beige.

These operators are compatible with the 39-114L crank handle.

The window cranks I ordered are the correct ones, thanks for the help, however we now need the plates, left and right...window cranks 30614 30893 & 30615 30894
measurement of plate is Width 2.7 cm and length is 6.2 cm

I'm glad to hear that the casement operators you ordered were the ones you needed. The compatible stud brackets are the 39-514 and the opposite handed version part 39-513. Take a look over the dimensions to determine if this is the replacement you'll need.
