Casement operators

Thanks for posting! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement operators needed for your window, however, I'll need a bit more information to confirm. 

To start, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. I am specifically looking to see the body of the operator as well as the the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the window.

Thanks for the photos. Your operator resembles our 39-031 Truth Dual-Arm Operator (the opposite handed version is part 39-032). These operators are compatible with the 39-107 cover along with the 39-114 non-folding handle, like the one you have. 

There is also the more updated version of the non-folding handle, part 39-114L or the folding crank handle, part 39-205 . The last option is the 39-107FK , which is a folding crank and handle kit. 

Compare the dimensions from your existing operator to those shown on the diagram below.
