Thanks for reaching out to us! The casement window operator you are searching for has been discontinued and is no longer made, unfortunately. Roto has been discontinuing many of their parts over the years, have not provided a direct replacement for a good majority of them. Our sincerest apologies we cannot be of help with this part of your repairs.
In regard to the window hinges, we have three made with a 10" track; they are the 36-004-10, 36-048 (not made in stainless steel), and 36-090-10. To determine which of these would be the best fit for your window, carefully compare each of their dimensions.
You'll need to keep in mind, there is a strong likelihood that they will not be an exact replacement match and you may be required to drill new installation holes to install them. Since they aren't likely to be an exact match, you'll probably need to replace both the top and bottom hinges; these can be used for the left and right side of the window.
