Your casement window hinge resembles the 36-048 set. Take a look and confirm that the 10" long base that attaches to the window sill matches your part.

As for the operator, unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the assembly shown in your photo. If possible, I would recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly.
