Casement replacement parts

Home Owner from Chicago
Here are some pictures of my windows, they are roughly 25 years old. There are a few that do not work, parts have broken or rusted. I want to work on replacing parts so windows will work. The upper and lower tracks are roughly 10 inches. The width of picture ending in 354 is roughly 5.25 inches. The arm connecting to bottom of window is 5.25 inches, I tried to measure the whole arm. Let me know if you need more information, I can send more pictures if necessary. My plan is to replace all the hardware for windows not working.
Thank you for work suggestions and or guidance.

Hey John. This operator is an older version of the 39-091 and 39-092 ROTO Short Arm Operators. The crank handle is the 39-224. Unfortunately, ROTO discontinued the bracket arm that connects this operator to the sash, so you'll need to reuse your old ones if possible. For the window hinges, see if the 10" 36-004-10 matches what you have. Let me know if you have further questions or concerns!
